Appealing an AI mark or diagnosis
How to ask a person to review feedback you think is wrong.

If you think AI feedback is wrong or unfair:
- Open the feedback and choose Appeal this feedback.
- Explain what you think is wrong. Be specific about the criterion or the point of law.
- A team member reviews it and can confirm, adjust or replace the feedback. The outcome and reasoning are shown on the Appeals page and we notify you.
Appeals do not use up your marking allowance when the original mark is corrected.
